This 4 week series focuses on supporting your immune system, through movement, and creating an embodied movement practice through balance, somatic practices, restorative exercise and tuning into our movement strategies which in turn supports the nervous system. It is also safe for anyone experiencing core or pelvic floor dysfunctions. This step-by-step series is designed to get you stronger, more balanced, more relaxed and more functional.

Class Structure: 

Each week you will get access to 2 new exercise classes, both around 20 minutes long. One class each will will be focused on grounding and relaxing movements you can do when you're tired and don't feel like moving. The second weekly class will be geared towards embodiment through movement, moving in a way that brings you into your own body and helps you balance your nervous system through active engagement. I've found both practices in balance provide incredible support for both the nervous system and the immune system.

 

How it works: 

As soon as you register you'll receive an email confirming your purchase with a username and password. Simply login and you can get started on Week 1 content. Every seven days from when you purchased the course you'll be granted access to the next week's content while maintaining access to prior weeks - and don't worry, we'll send you an email every time a new week drops 😊...

The course will close and all access will cease after 30 days. You to choose when you have time to incorporate them into your weekly schedule, and also, if you're a crazy over achiever, feel free to do them more than once! This set up creates the most scheduling flexibility, rather than streaming a live video that you then have to watch live or only have access to for 24 hours. This is not an online course, but a class series and is structured as such. 

Am I flexible/strong enough for this series? 

If you can get up and down off the ground comfortably, you'll be a great fit for this series. No need to touch your toes or be able to lift heavy weights! This class is designed for rehabilitating strength and function through movement!

Do I need special equipment?

No, I will be using a yoga strap, a yoga block and a half foam roller, a blanket or pillow, along with occasionally a chair for balance. You can use a scarf or a belt, a rolled up towel or pair of jeans, a stair step or a tissue box. You can get creative and move with what you have!

Cost: The entire 4 Week Series costs $30. This is much more than a generic exercise class. This series is also set up so that you not only have access the weeks classes that you are on, but also all the previous weeks classes for the duration of the series. You can go back and use these classes as many times as you'd like during the 30 day window! I also know for many of us, finances are tight, so I'm pricing this class to reflect these needs.
